We always have to have planning and resources done the Tuesday before. Everything on an internal system and supply folders ready to go with children’s details. This ensures if we are sick there’s no prep for us to do everything is already ready to go. Our colleagues will either give the supply the resources and planning or point them to where they are on the system and where our supply folder is.
