Chef Bobby D’s in Hampden (or Hoe’s Heights?) on Falls Rd. Seriously underrated soul food and the best mac n cheese in town.

Complete Wellness sounds like a good fit for you. I’ve been going for over two years for anxiety meds and they basically just check in with me every six months to make sure I have no side effects and want to continue with the medication.

Honestly, Royal Farms is the answer. That's my go-to whenever I want cheap, good chicken fingers.

If you have celiac, I would go with Sweet27 or Harmony Bakery, since they’re entirely gluten free.
