Not defending Gerhard, (I don’t know enough about him) but non-violent should not lose their rights permanently, think Martha Stewart, or MA OUI law 2.5yrs. Welfare benefits, anything that carries over two years, even if never enforced makes a person federally prohibited

Blocks of boarded up buildings, people walking away from their homes, rather than deal with the city politics no investment in the community neighbors leaving apartments, vacant, (which is what I did when I bought my first house) and that’s just for starters you really had to be there/grow up with it to understand

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what the proposed rents would be? Does this even help with housing? Last I read it was for 200 units 50 of which were to be affordable or 80% the median income for the area (Weston) Is this just building more high-end housing (which we have plenty of) or is the support for this just a F U to the people who have done financially better. (serious question)

No you’re talking about people who has put that blood sweat and tears into small businesses in Massachusetts bought homes in Massachusetts that are their primary investments and the only thing they know, I know multiple trades people that own investment properties that were bought for their retirement and their children’s future that is what question 1 affects not the rich, Who is money will be in investments the state cannot touch.
