For what purpose would someone go to that extent. What would a hacker even be able to access and affect to cause this scenario. What makes you so valuable to these hackers to justify their time and focus on you. These are some things to ponder to help ground yourself in logic. Follow the science. Could be hvac, fridge compressor, speakers, anything that may emit sounds when malfunctioning. Surely you don't have any devices like alexa or echo if you're of this mindset.
