The advice you’ve gotten above is generally great (particularly the list of pubs and bars - spot on!) but I would advise against spending any time at Encore. I suppose it’s fine if you’re really desperate but it’s pretty isolated from the rest of the city and rather sad - not much like Vegas honestly.

It does so you can just eat it straight up over fruit without whipping it since it’s already thick enough. (Strawberries and cream in the UK is just strawberries and double cream, unwhipped.

Took my then 3.5 year old pre-pandemic and it was definitely worth it then and I imagine would be even more the case at 5, though we got discounted tickets through my work so can’t help you there.

We just did the prix fixe at Mooncusser and were blown away. There are two options for each course so it’s perfect for a date if you’re both adventurous as you can try every dish.

Every time I read stuff like that I just have to shake my head. Americans have a way of stating stuff like that like it’s a natural law or something. But I’m sure there’s some entrenched lobby preventing the amendment of the Jones act so that’s just the way it always was and always will be.

Some theaters (the kind that show plays not movies) are still requiring masking, most notable the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge. I imagine some concert venues might as well (those that cater to an older clientele).
