Diana Ross. Only been a year but I have become quite the big fan of her music. She’s still got it after many years, and she’s a very committed and kind soul to go to. So there’s my top one to meet!

Only today I got into Freeway (real name Leslie Pridgen) (https://open.spotify.com/artist/2Jwr7hGoSNK3S3QBxh3T0z?si=V_aK6axORGG9Yrc8rajJ3Q), one of the most prominent rappers in Philadelphia’s hip-hop scene. It just came out of the blue, but I know he is associated with Jay-Z due to being signed by the latter’s label Roc-A-Fella. I thought that Freeway’s debut album Philadelphia Freeway would be an interesting one, and I listened to it three times today. I loved the album at first listen, it effectively mixes between upbeat and energetic (Flipside) to serious and reflective (What We Do).
