Well, in the last week alone I had pipes burst at a property, leaving over a foot of water under the house, a pipe burst inside the walls of our shop flooding the bathroom, kitchen, and sending a stream through the shop to a little pond outside, and a dumbass flying at high speed crashed into 5 parked cars in our shop's lot, totalling at least two...does that give an indication?
