Sure thing - I've done this recipe on a smoker and a charcoal grill. Either work if you have a meat thermometer.
First I cover the wings pretty liberally with paprika, red pepper, and garlic. I get my smoker to about 180 degrees and smoke them until they're at 135 degrees. If you're using charcoal just make sure you're flipping them enough so they don't get burnt.
Mix honey and any buffalo sauce you have. I prefer Franks. (you can also put a little soy sauce in there and it's really good. Didn't do it for these wings though). Slather that sauce on the wings and crank the heat up on your smoker or grill. Grill or smoke until 170 degrees and it's time to eat!
