If you're working as a nurse or CNA/Tech they use scrubin.com to get it embroidered but it takes FOREVER to get your order. Took mine like 6 weeks and by that point orientation was over. The hospital could care less though if you have scrubs that have the logo on them or not. They just need to be the correct color for your job role. I went out to Essential Scrubs in Cherry Hill and found a really nice pair, way better and more comfortable than what I got from scrubin, albeit way more expensive.

HAHA amazing. Reminds me of a time I was biking to work and a middle school kid waved me down on my bike and asked me if I'd go to the vape store nearby and buy him a vape pen with the $10 he had in his hand. Along with the fact that that was definitely not enough money my first instinct was to just go "absolutely not." He just stares at me for a second and then goes, ".......fuuuuuuuuck." I biked away.

I wish I knew this when I watched the lady driving in front of me chuck all her McDonald's shit out her car window. I was stunned. I've seen littering in my day but that was so blatant.

As it gets colder I have some leggings with a light fleece on the inside, camisole and sweatshirt or fleece on top. Gloves that can work with a touchscreen, and earmuffs. I've been running through New England winters for years and this has always worked for me. I don't have special running shoes for ice although I probably should. I'm a big believer that running is for everyone and you don't need special gear. Just sneakers and warm clothes and get out there.

Those earmuffs that are wraparound with Velcro so you can make em a little looser around your head are perfect for putting around headphones so they don't smash them into your ears. I usually get a pair from the dollar store.
