Yeah good idea. I was given a hard copy of a notice last time that I actually had to fill out and return with some information on. So I’m pretty shocked I didn’t get anything this time. I was thinking oh, that’s nice no rent increase this year! Not 🙁

I don’t know where you’ve been exactly, but I find a lot of places did away with a good amount of seating they had when Covid hit. And I’m not really sure why they didn’t bring it back since the industry is hurting, but that could have something to do with it

I’m an elder Gen Z I guess; born at the end of 96. The ones born after 2006 are all of a different breed. It’s the rapid pace of technological advancement every decade imo. These dumb rectangles we’ve had since 2007 made a dent. I barely escaped college without having to deal with Covid having graduated in 2019, and that’s definitely had an impact as well.

Men don’t even know how to put their socks in the laundry hamper or know that hanging sports memorabilia or flags on their walls are not consider interior design. You’re telling me they have the eye to spot the minor details of aging 5 years in your 20s? And that such minor details is enough to write a woman off? Give me a break.

Lot of great suggestions here. I'll throw one in that has seemed to work for me between ages 17-now 26 years old. ALWAYS have resting bitch face or looked pissed off. I cannot say this is the single variable that has helped deter creeps from talking to me, but I have yet to be approached because I always try to come off as unapproachable as possible. Not many men like a shrew, unless you're Heath Ledger from 10 Things I Hate About You. I also emphasize saving Metro PD's number 696-873, so she can text for help.
