They don’t. Some people just like to be miserable. We frequently meet up for lunch/early dinners at brew pubs with other families and it’s very much a normal thing and not something that’s a big deal at all.

We’ve taken our kids to Trillium for lunch a few times. They did have a kids menu when we went and there were other families too. There is a level with mostly tables at the Boston location and that’s where all the families were. It was kid appropriate and we all had fun. They had a kids coloring page and crayons. This sub leans very negative. It’s not weird unless you are bringing your kids at night and sitting them at the bar and/or letting them destroy the place.

We live in Natick and it would fit your criteria. We just sold our townhome last year and bought a single family under a million here in a great neighborhood.

I love the playground at Winn Brook Elementary School in Belmont- Joeys Park. Very cool set up and easy street parking.

Seconding Beaver Brook in Belmont, cool playground, the splash pad set up is great and there is walking trails, parking, and close to Mighty Squirrel.

Sherborn playground is also great and has shade, so it’s nice when it’s hot out. There’s also an ice cream nearby that serves food as well, C&L Frosty.

I passed 3-4 accidents by route 2 near Shirley. It’s pretty miserable up here. When I left Natick it was rain. Forecast was pretty clear that the Boston metro area closer to the coast wasn’t going to switch to snow until noon today.

They don’t offer testing that is FDA approved so what you get from them ends up being a fake diagnosis, supported by non evidence based tests, and $300-400 for supplements that you don’t need, that make your urine expensive and you still feel like shit.

I worked in primary care and GI and all functional medicine practitioners are people who prey on people who don’t feel well. I had one patient who was taking, and I’m not being dramatic, 47! supplements a day for acid reflux. And guess what? She was significantly poorer and still had reflux.

That’s definitely incorrect. Is she living and working in Massachusetts? Did she have a job before this? You do not need to be employed at a particular employer for a over a year to qualify for PFML, but you do for FMLA (which is unpaid). I would call the office for PFML directly to talk to them. I had two coworkers who switched jobs, one 3 months before delivery and the other 5 months and they both were paid through PFML.

If you’re in your early 30s and don’t plan on having kids (or even not having kids right now), I wouldn’t live directly in Lexington. It’s extremely expensive and unless you are moving for the school district, isn’t worth it. If you want more amenities/city life, I’d consider Waltham. You can live comfortably there and have train access to Boston proper and have a ton of bars/restaurants/other people without kids to keep yourself busy. The commute to Lexington from there would not be bad.

Do you have a prescription plan deductible? Sometimes certain meds will fall into new buckets where they are covered but require a deductible to met before they receive more coverage.

They also reset any price negotiations or preferred meds at the beginning of the calendar year. I’ve had patients with the same insurance and the same med for years and come January, the coverage is different (often less, rarely more), or in some cases, not covered at all moving forward.

Natick resident here. I wouldn’t be concerned one bit about walking around in Natick, at any time of day really. Basic normal behavior is all I would recommend: don’t have large values of cash hanging out of your back pocket, be aware of your surroundings, and don’t walk out in front of oncoming traffic and you’ll be fine.

It’s one of the blandest places I’ve lived. People complaining when someone steals something from their unlocked car is the most excitement that happens on a regular basis.
