The condos in the city don't have nearly as much space as the houses.

Should be in the center of the lane to make close passes untenable.

If a bicycle is in the left turn lane it makes perfect sense to pass on the right.
Passing by a foot isn't cool though.

You play roulette with inspectors. And depending on plumber, they may not know which inspector might grandfather existing and which will require everything to code.

If the removed the Dorchester Yacht club and decertified the navigable waterway designation they could build a cheaper bridge and wouldn't need to pay $100k a year for operators.
The Pleasure Bay at Castle Island is larger and isn't certified as navigable.

I've been using T-Mobile Home Internet for almost 2 years because it is not Comcast and Starry was never an option. Can't say it is great. I can get decent speeds, but it seems I need to reset the modem on a fairly regular basis. Although I don't know how much my problems are my company VPN. I see problems on my personal computer and streaming audio has issues - although I don't know how much that is the streaming service.
A while back it totally stopped working, and tech support called me back and spent like 3 hours total on the phone until the issue was resolved.

Reply to HVAC Replacement Cost? by Dull_Victory8857
I put in a two head mini-split and they want me to subscribe to a $400 a year maintenance contract. They offer contracts up to $900 a year. I paid $14000 for the two head mini-split and I have 550 sq ft to cool/heat.
$28K for the full system sounds about right, although it make sense to get another quote.

My kitchen is 7583 sq ft. Anyway the $15,000 includes the everything costs more in Boston tax.
If you do this, you will probably have to bring the kitchen up to code for electrical. Well depending on how old your kitchen is. A separate circuit for every 3-4 feet of counter space. Separate circuit for every appliance (refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, built in microwave, etc). My small kitchen has 9 circuits.

How big is your kitchen? I remodeled my kitchen, but it was mixed in with a lot of other costs so I don't have a specific figure. I would guess a bare bones remodel would go for $15000. I have a small kitchen and high ceilings - standard size cabinets weren't doing it for me and went with semi-custom cabinets to fit the room better.
I went with https://venegascompany.com/ for design.

The current forecast has just a few hours on Thursday that will be above freezing. Anyway, I won't be out on the lagoon Saturday morning.
It was frozen over once already this season. And it has been cool enough that the ground won't keep the water warm for as long.

The last is $1.5 million for 1,035 sq ft.
I just looked at the prices of St Regis (or whatever it is called) on the waterfront in Seaport. Once website listed average price at $2600 sq ft, and condo feet $1.7 a sq ft. (that is a $1700 HOA for a 1000 sq ft place.
