Only condiment I see missing in the pic is hoisin sauce. Looks good!

You can often find them in Vietnamese banh mi and shops/delis in the USA (they’re called banh da lon)

I wouldn’t really call them cookies (lol). They’re more like a mochi in terms of texture with pandan/mung bean flavor profile.
