Samantha Denise Primus left her sister’s home on Long Island in the middle of a storm early last Friday. She was taken to Queens Hospital and then inappropriately discharged and provided with a list of shelters when she was wrongly assessed as street homeless. Has anyone seen her? She’s likely unable to provide identification due to being non-verbal and mute. Please reach out if you know her whereabouts to the NYPD or the Nassau County Police. The above falsely states that she has been located.
