They arent. I read a very good twitter thread about somebody who tried DoNotPay, and it does not really appear to be anything "AI" about it.. Waiting times of 1-8 hours and more basically indicates that the AI is just some human working behind the scenes (and not a lawyer at that) the quality it outputs is horrendously poor.
