50 year old obese female found dead in her wheelchair in a pool of blood.

No apparent trauma on the body. Autopsy confirms medical issues including history of smoking, enlarged liver, hysterectomy ten years past, severe arthritis. Medical records show medications for diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure as well as history of chronic pain.

Female has no known friends or family. Was found in derelict house in disrepair. No unknown prints found at the scene.

CCTV on the light pole shows only pharmacy delivery in the week before death.
