yes this picture is taken from say across from umass campus. If you could see to the right more you'd see the Worcester State Hospital.

I thought the Washburn house is for Elderly care and not drugs. My ex wife used to work there. Unless they went a totally different way which considering it is a private facility I don't think so. If you're looking for detox look into AdCare or spectrum health (not the cable company)
