We need to do several tasks.

Build city/town infrastructure.

Loosen regulations on building up. Build multistory units that can easily be joined together when the population starts to drop in 10-20 years.

Build up internet in rural communities.

Push more municipal power company formation - lower power costs.

I have a bag capsule that I can hook used bags to once they're used. That way I don't have to hold them in hand. It makes things easier.
Leavings tend to increase in the winter time, people probably don't want to get their hands too cold.
