We decided to our ceremony at Phipps (Broderie Room) and reception elsewhere. We only did so because we weren’t impressed with the reception options Phipps offered for the price. The communication from the wedding coordinator was lackluster at best but overall it wasn’t a terrible experience.

Edit to add: We got married there in 2021.

I second Marlene Harris. She designed my engagement ring and found antique wedding rings to match. We now use her anytime we want to buy a piece of jewelry.

I don’t think it’s unique to Pittsburgh. I lived in Northeastern PA for some time and we had them there.

This was my first December 25th after a seriously traumatic year. I’m looking forward to the next 365 days where things (hopefully) continue to progress positively.

I used to get them around this time every year when I lived in Highland Park.

I think it depends on your location. I live in the city and haven’t had an issue getting one at 4am; however, my boss was just complaining about not being able to get one that early and she lives near Zelienople.
