I think I am. Took me some time experimenting but i recently grabbed a 2 months old Fiio k9 pro plus a new Hifiman edition xs all for less than $1K OTD after taxes shipping and everything . Super happy with this setup for movies gaming music etc

Email glorious and see what options u have . Maybe they’re willing to send u a replacement pcb . I’m assuming you’ve already reset to defaults etc

Visual cues are way more important , knowing the map , using the right gear , input/server lag etc etc sound is way down the list but had to spend thousands to realize this. Oh well .. lol
