Obviously it has experienced real per capita growth but the predictions that it will soon outstrip China have yet to be realized.

It would probably have been better to use the net enrollment data (https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SE.SEC.NENR.FE?most_recent_value_desc=true&type=shaded&view=map), and to have not put puerile labels on the graphic.
