I just couldn’t do sharing walls and city parking anymore. People acting like I fucked your mom and never called her back. I still love Philly, but cities aren’t for everyone at every time in life and kids aren’t the only one of those times. Public transit and traffic and noise is wearing after awhile, especially if you’ve got a dog or like gardening, which I do. Like die mad I guess ffs

I live in south eastern city now and it’s the same. Definitely agree it’s income but also function of level of education (which is generally higher in cities than rural areas, and ofc they’re correlated anyway)

The cutoff is 1996 so the oldest are now 27. i have several 26-27 year old zoomer friends but otherwise same. My parents and most of their friends all had their first kids at 29-35. I know there are cultural difference driving this, but I just don’t know anyone personally under 28 intentionally trying to have kids right now lol

Doubt. Average age of first child is like 28 now in the US. People are waiting way later if they’re having any at all. I’m cusp years (26-27) and my friends aren’t fleeing for kids. They’re just tired of dealing with city bullshit. Some do have dogs and having a yard is nice.

This is not for residential homes. OP needs to find and block up entryways into the home and then kill or relocate the mice (depending on species). It isn’t possible to do that in barns and warehouses, hence why having cats is appropriate

I’m guessing they are house mice, which means they’ll need to be euthanized after they’re caught(and i would instead go for svedishbotski’s recommendation). But if for some reasons they are some kind of field/woods mouse species, you could use this to catch and release in a more rural area

Also if they’re put outside they catch other unintended targets too like anoles, torturing and killing them if you don’t painstakingly gently remove them with oil
