There is defiantly a "Greek style" pizza. It's a pan baked pizza and it's a little thicker than "New Haven" or "NY" style pizza. It's also not "charred" like brick oven pizzas.

A lot of Greek pizza places square cut their pizzas. I'm a fan of the center "crustless" pieces.

Unfortunately that restaurant is closing. Tomorrow 2/28 will be their last day.
