You actually can’t choose your thoughts. Sometimes you can choose to act on them. This isn’t motivating and feels unrealistic.

I’m glad when I looked at most of these comments. I couldn’t figure this one out either. This is not what most people think when they see someone who’s been defeated. They point a lot of blame at them. It is really rare to be viewed this way and usually comes with some pretty hefty strings.
