Something like that in VR would be amazing, it just drops you to a random location and you can look around. Maybe there are recordings and videos of that place or just a standstill.

I was reading about a company that is making bio-degradable "plastic" out of seaweed and they are having a lot of issues finding places to farm and harvest seaweed. If they could work out a deal with these companies it would be amazing.

Say I loan you money for 10 apples. Because it's my money I own the apples. You make a payment and that pays for two of the 10 apples. You now own those two apples. Bob really wants ten apples so you sell him all ten. I am ok with this because I get my money. Your equity was the two apples you paid off.
