Either spend that time on a hobby or studying. Don't spend it wasting your time for money you don't need.
If you build your skills then in the future you'll make up the difference in no time.

Sounds good to me, especially as remote.
Is the job better for other reasons too? No point taking a job you hate for 10%, if the job is better/same then it is basically a no brainer.

Never take the counter unless it is huge (like 2-3x)
Also it is a bad counter. They are offering you more for more, the other seems to be offering you more for the same.

Deposit is important for a mortgage. The most important factor is income. You seem to have a very decent monthly saving amount though.
