huh... thats good to know! yea I got the most aggressive chain I could find because I am just chopping up trees with it.

I couldn't believe it. He sold it to me, I went and got a new spark plug, chain and Bar and it fired right up. Once the snow goes away I'm going to put another couple hours into it and I think I'll have a lifelong tree cutting partner

Sugar maybe 1-2 tbsp. I just take a big pinch
Salt to taste. I like mine a bit saltier as it compliments the toppings
Yeast a just pour some in. The thing is if you under yeast you just need a longer proof
550 till it looks delicious. I put it straight on a stone in the oven and it keep the crust perfectly cooked

60% hydration
400g Bread flour
1tbsp olive oil
Salt
Sugar
Yeast
Garlic butter wash
And the most important part
Cook at 550

What is absolutely insane is that my wife has worked in health insurance for years and I honestly don't know how I would get all of my claims processed correctly if it wasn't for the fact she has years of experience with it.
