How did you get into doing clinic defence? Is it paid or can I just volunteer? I've been looking for opportunities to help at a clinic but haven't had much luck.

Totally. I get that their large client base causes long wait times, and It makes sense for well pet visits. But if your pet is sick, waiting 3 months doesn't seem safe. It's unfortunate, since many people that go there probably can't afford to go elsewhere and have no option but to wait.

I go to Susan M. Markel too. I tried to make a sick appointment for my dog last month and they said they were currently booking sick pet appointments 3 months out. How is that even possible?
