yeah for sure. the trolley's will make a huge difference for connectivity. the loop is there in front of Byrne's tavern- i would guess it would be a 10-15 minute ride down to frankford and girard. that will be a game changer for that neighborhood.

i was in dc two weeks ago. paid an extra two dollars for a 2 dollar ride. if you want people to take transit as a choice, a one time paper ticket should be an option.

i want to organize a cyclist appreciation day in philly. everyone who normally rides will get a car and we can go around clogging up all the roads once per year.

they have no problem doing it on the PA turnpike, so it should be easy enough to implement.

in new york the buses on those routes (bus rapid transit) have cameras and send tickets directly to the license plates.

every driver should thank a cyclist every chance they get. that's one extra car off the road, leaving more room for you.

ahh ok- i never pay much attention because i'm usually on my bike or on foot.

i would be fine if they closed one lane to traffic and let people park on the road. but that will somehow be a crazier suggestion than preventing people from parking on the grass.
