The Switch is a great family console. I've played it quite a bit for BOW and a few other titles, but we primarily use it to all play mario party / kart together. I don't think you can really compare it to a ps/xbox, it's a handheld at the end of the day. Overall, great piece of kit.

It sounds like you just need a ps or xbox instead.

I love how all the Xbox fanboy's jump into the thread to try and persuade to not trade - hah! You all work for Microsoft or what??

Don't blame you though, so many good games on PS5. This months free game is Nioh 2 (ps exclusive) - it's so good!

I purchased a PS5 disc version to save me money.

It allows me to buy a newly released game for £60, complete it within a week and sell it on for £40. Also allows me to buy cheap second hand games.

But saying that... I am getting lazy to the point where I don't want to play a game if it means having to get off my seat to change the disc.

I'd also like to add that I purchased the disc version before knowing Sony were going to do PS extra. I'm sure the next generation of consoles will not give you an option for a disc drive for this reason - there won't be a demand.

If you mean PS plus extra: Completely depends on how many games on the service you have/haven't played. Note those games down and total up the price for buying them all. Compare the price with PS plus extra and you have your answer.

Don't listen to the fanboy comments. Get what ever console has the games you want to play. That's all that matters.

The last of us 1 + 2, God of War 1 + 2, Horizon 1 + 2, Days Gone, Ratchet and Clank, Returnal, Death Stranded, Demon Souls, Kena, Astro Playroom.... Oh and the dualsense 🙂

I don't blame you.
