The whole point is that they're not outlaw. They're much more capitalist than a regular army. They fight for money. You restrict the flow of money, you strangle the flow of soldiers.

If you're talking about the early month and even the couple weeks before, when he kept negotiating with Putin, he released calls showing it was Zelensky who asked him to do that.
After Bucha he wanted to stop and again Zelensky asked the communication channel to be kept open.
And France had and has very low dependancy on Russia and its resources, our nuclear maintenance issue was unrelated if extremely poorly timed.

Honest question: do you really believe Macron and his entire team, whose entire job is to think and consider those issues, are not at least as smart or competent as you in these matters? And the same thing for other leaders who talk about such matters?
If the answer is yes, then good for you I hope you achieve all you can be then. If not then maybe you can realize there are things that escape you, and notably secondary dialogue behind the public messaging?
China just changed ever so slightly some part of their position, and what they publicly call their "peace plan for Ukraine" , and now other countries are letting them know whether it changed anything or not in their view.
Same reason why zelensky said he was ready to talk with China about their peace plan, the idea was simply to make it clear their position was still Ukraine would be the main interlocutor, not "China negotiates between Russia and the US".

I know you're joking but it's much worse/sad/horrible/hilarious than that: those are probably some of the most highly qualified troops they can get their hands on at the moment.
Not that their good, but everyone else they can get sucks: they suicided their "elite" units on stupid things, their army even in normal times is mostly conscript and they've gone through a lot of them and their mobilisation is pretty much untrained unwilling randoms with no training.
Their experienced wagner troops are either already dead on stupid pride attacks or hidding in africa killing civilians in burkina faso/mali/..., they're starting to run out of "gun capable" people in prison and are now just getting random prisonners.
Every single one of their ally refused to send any troop help even belarus is staying the fuck out of that one in terms of soldiers, Syria cannot help even if it wanted to, Iran merely sent a few drones and already got more than it bargained for and then there is their own shitshow going on, all the -stan they asked for told them to fuck off even the kazaks, and even if they wanted to north korea is not sending waves of their guys in an european country that accepts surrender ...
So yeah those US trained afghan, acting are pure mercenary without at least the nationalism of wagner fodder, are probably the elite of the possible recruits they can get on the field at the moment. In fact I wouldn't be THAT surprised if they tried to get some african troops from those french-speaking countries where they sponsored coups the last year.

Thus if they sight you or you sight them they better fight to the death? There is a reason we go against the flow of money and the leaders, not the individual fighters.
