West Chester is going to be slightly (very slightly) more diverse than Media, I think because it’s a larger borough, but both are still a majority white. I grew up just outside of West Chester and live in Media now, so I’m happy to help answer any question you may have.

In theory, the casino was supposed to bring jobs, but that didn’t work out like they thought it was going to.

Yes, that’s what I did. I got the renewal in the mail the month before my license expired back in the spring, filled it out and just brought all the relevant things to the DMV (I went to KoP) and was in and out in under 20 minutes. You need a few extra documents (I think I brought my passport and electric bill) and it costs $30 more, but it wasn’t an issue at all.

Oh, my uncle is a photographer and I think he went there once on a private tour to photograph the wolves. That might be a god one.

There is no deadline to enroll in public school. Private and charters are different and will most likely have a deadline to apply for them, but public schools have open enrollment and you can register at any point in the year when you move.

When I renewed my license back in May, I just brought the renewal form with me and the required RealID documents and got a RealID. It costs more, but it’s a one time fee. I went to KoP.

My insurance went up 30% from September through this month when it came up for renewal and that was a 50% increase from March 2022. No tickets, no accidents, no claims. I asked the agent and was told the reason it went up was inflation. So I shopped around and found new insurance.
