I think the 13 mini is pretty much all they could do with tech at the moment… they can’t improve the battery, or the camera really and what else is left?
There simply isn’t any spare room inside the mini chassis. I think they should have just called it mini without a number, so it could have not appeared dated for those who want the latest iPhone.
They still sell the 13 mini, so people still have the option…

Well this isn’t the case for the majority, otherwise every other post on here would be a complaint! Take the phone back to Apple or simply return it for a refund.
I’ve had almost every new iPhone released, and the 14 Pro I bought on launch day has been faultless. Great battery, great display, good signal etc…

Not the answer you’re looking for, but there’s no going back to iOS 15 now.

Cable could have been damaged internally, is the power brick genuine Apple? You mention reseller, who was it?

Battery health is just an estimate on iPhones it’s not a definitive figure. As long as it functions as it should, try not to worry. Was it brand new and sealed when you bought it? It was it an open box? Could have perhaps had a third party battery fitted if that’s the case.

Use Halide, you can then shoot with sharpening turned off etc.

So? Don’t leave your phone laying around where they can get to it then… if you just leave it within reach of them, or worse let them play games on it which I’ve seen many people do, then the chances of it getting damaged increase massively.

It can’t be done… unless you had your password saved in your notes or something, but even then how did someone get past the Face ID? Or the passcode?

As mentioned, camera protectors are a waste of time. You wouldn’t put rubbish plastic on top of a professional camera lens, same applies for your iPhone.

That’ll be why… silicone cases are massive lint magnets. Change to leather or hard plastic and you’ll be fine.

Nope, from what I understand it’s baked in and can’t be turned off for legal reasons.
