March 29 (Reuters) - The Kremlin said on Wednesday it was not up to Russia to advise Chinese President Xi Jinping on whether he should visit Ukraine or not.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has extended an invitation to the Chinese leader to visit, the Associated Press reported earlier on Wednesday.

"We know China's balanced position, we value it highly and we believe the leader of China makes his own decisions on the expediency of certain contacts. We have no right to offer any advice here," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

China's Xi visited Putin in Moscow last week and the pair issued a joint statement referring to a 12-point Chinese proposal for dialogue and an eventual ceasefire in the Ukraine war.

The Chinese plan met with a dismissive response in Washington, given Beijing's refusal to condemn Russia's invasion. The United States says a ceasefire now would enable Russia to hold on to Ukrainian territory it has seized and give its forces time to regroup.

Ukraine has welcomed China's diplomatic involvement but Zelenskiy has said he will only consider peace settlements after Russian troops leave Ukrainian territory.

Simple 3,4,5 steps I can do. But I was more thinking along the lines of mobile mechanic work. I've had a handful of single job customers and 2 regulars. I was looking for ways to get my name/card out there to people I wouldn't otherwise meet, make some contacts, plus on the apps I've read about I could choose jobs that are within my wheelhouse, rather than have someone call me and I have to say "that's outside if my skills"

Skate board grip tape. It's essentially heavy grit sandpaper with a sticky back. It can be cut to size and shape with scissors (just not your good ones) and it's pretty cheap. I put it into Google and the first thing that comes up is for sale on Amazon

Not sure the purpose of your post, so I don't know if my case is relevant.

When our gas water heater died a few years ago, we switched to electric. Now our stove is the only gas appliance so we dropped our gas company and switched to 100lb tank. It lasts about a year, (runs out at some point every winter)

So 100lb tank is roughly 23 gallons I think. Divide by 12, just shy of 2 gallons/month

They're so many variables there, I'm not sure how much luck you'll have. Maybe ask for something more specific? I asked a couple months ago for a golf buddy, and found one.

You could try asking about something that would give an indication of interests, character, personality, etc.

If you're looking for someone to go antiquing or farmers markets, I'm not that type, if you're asking for someone to come hang out in your garage working on a truck or tractor, I'd be more interested. <---- just an example

I think you'd be better off going to Colchester. I live in Sutton, but am closer to West Burke. Over toward Colchester, there's more people, so the roads have 1:a higher priority for plowing and 2: more workers to plow them, so in winter going that way will be a safer option (after you reach Montpelier, RT 2 can be a nightmare)

Up our way, we've got fewer plow trucks running, never been across the border, so I can't speak for three Canadians roads. Plus, between Montpelier and Burlington area, you can pickup damn near anything else you might need, make one trip once a month for loads of stuff.
