I'm right there with you. I am extending my hand for you to shake it. That means I'm cool with you touching my hand, not my shoulder, my elbow, my knees or my ass.

Just throwing this out there: that light shoulder touch greatly annoys me. Whenever someone does it, it makes me feel like they are the kind of person that is imploring a tactic to win me over; it is uncomfortable and transparently inauthentic.

But that's just me! Maybe it works on some people.
