I highly recommend getting an attorney to help guide you through whatever municipality you chooses bulls**t cause there will be PLENTY. Otherwise, get ready for a long battle....and wait. It can't be torn down...it's on the National registry now so it's protected. They COULD house the homeless there....

Usually if you show up they will start to negotiate what you will pay. Not showing up will be WAY more money spent in the long run. 3 hours Max of your life....Oh and be sure to show up EARLY so you can be one of the first to sign in.
