I’m listening to the democrats and republicans debate on the floor in a special session today, and the republicans are demanding the government dip into the “rainy day fund” to go bigger and bolder in helping people. And it makes total sense. What is the rainy day fund for? The energy crisis this winter is a “rainy day”
