Thanks for the clarification. I should have read further before replying.
Do you have a low-fat diet? I’m curious as to why your levels are still low. Also, do you have trouble sleeping?

Some veterinarians are suggesting it for dogs with seizure conditions. It seemed to drastically reduce seizures for a family dog in the last few years. From 2 or 3 a day to once or twice a month.

Great way to spend more time in an infectious environment than necessary. Where I go, your suggestion would typically mean I’d wait around an hour most times. Depends very heavily on where you are, and how in-demand your doctor is.

I’ve experienced similar. Minus the RA. Trazodone doesn’t seem to cut it some nights. And I usually wake up groggy. The new meds working without side effects?
