It’s probably cheaper to abandon the wells and eventually, possibly paying the fine than it is to properly remove and correct the land. I’m sure it’s a numbers game at its core.

Stop out to "Going, Going, Gone!" in Monroeville. It's Dick's Sporting Goods outlet. They don't sell junk there and it's priced very well. And I have had luck with finding extended sizes there too (xxl and larger).
