Considering that the k70 isn't hotswappable, you would need to take everything apart and desolder the switch.

The only problem here is you being concerned with how a totally random person on the internet spends their money.
And consider how niche mech boards are. If OP was some rich person who just wanted to show off to everyone that he/she is rich, there would probably be 1-2 extremely expensive boards. For someone to want to own this many, let alone BUILD the boards (which takes hours per board, mind you), it is absolutely a hobby for them.

To isolate your issue, pull out the keycap and press directly on the switch. If the switch does work as intended, then it may be an issue from 2 causes:
