Yeah, sometimes I longingly look at the price of real estate in my hometown in Ohio.

Then I remember the political signs my mom's neighbors have in front of their homes, and I save up a little more to hopefully move her out here someday too.

I get really good primary care, but only because I qualify for a special program through my employer. It's one of the reasons I won't leave, even though I've had offers with better pay.

I had to go to DHMC to check on a heart murmur (everything's fine), and by the time they could get me in for an ECG, my insurance's approval for the procedure had expired. My PCP chewed them a new one and got it covered, but seriously?

This happened to me once, although not super late at night. I snapped a photo and texted my neighbor to see if there was someone supposed to be working on her house and it turned out to be the pest removal dudes she hired.
