I don’t think either side could win this war tbh, I think the reason why the status quo is what it is is largely because any fighting wouldn’t change the status quo. It’s hard to blockade an island when your opponent has so many damn aircraft carriers, hard to pressure the mainland when you don’t have the ammunition to fight all those ships
