Don’t want to be picky but would it be better to not make a show out of it, like look he’s a parastronaut! We are so progressive!… I think he is just an astronaut, what is the point of labelling people as para-something. I just don’t think they necessarily like that, I may be wrong but anyway

I would not worry too much, if Latvia’s decline in population seems worrisome look at China or Russia! Pretty much the whole world is shrinking in terms of population ( even though we just reached 8 billion) the prognosis for next decades are pretty pretty bad for majority maybe except African countries. It’s not as much of a problem with general population size but the problem with the structure of population. At some point in not so distant future the core of every nation will be old people, who will care for them? Produce food? Maintain existing structures etc? it will be hard..

It’s all staged and will be covered by totally controlled media. The story that average Ivan will see in television will show the great father of nation who cares and loves his people, empathetic strong leader! Makes me want to puke..

So another episode of kicking the can down the road, we destroyed the soil through exploitative farming and pesticides but no worries! We will genetically modify our crops so it can grow even on rocks! Let’s buy ourselves couple more years before the collapse hurray!
