Depending on what you are looking for, in addition to the others mentioned already check out MassTuning, they run some track events at a bunch of tracks in New England.
Also, if you are just looking to get your feet wet with the car check out Sports Car Club of New Hampshire (SCCNH). We put on parking lot autocross events and trackcross events at Canaan Motor Club.
