Most movies happen in realities where FTL travel is casual everyday thing, getting electrocuted by exposed mains is painful but not deadly.

Even if it was, I don't think it's great idea, it's one of earth's protections for life, a load to harvest power is sure to mess up the magnetic field.

monitor the weather conditions at all times during winter, and it wouldn't sneak up on you

I remember my first encounter with black ice, my car not stopping, the abs kicking my foot via the pedal, good thing I wasn't moving particularly fast - only 15km/h
Ps: when dealing with ice of any kind maintain rolling of the tires at all times, because as soon as the tires slip all semblance of control is lost

Categorically untrue, there is a reason soldiers wear combat boots, laborers wear wide shoes with iron reinforcements, and athletes wear sneakers.

Color is not a property a hole can have though, it's property of the thing observed through it

Honestly I don't think a half hole could exist, just whole holes of various shapes and sizes

I phrased it a bit wrong, it's more so how much of the circulatory system they share, and how/where it's shared

Depends on how they are conjoined, if they share the same circulatory system and liver, stomach/lungs if the drug is taken that way, then most likely yes, but if they are mostly independent in that way it unlikely
