Your best bet is to list items yourself on eBay / poshmark / depop ( any reselling app ) like the other commenters said thrift stores only typically take donations and won’t pay you for donating. However, consignment and second hand shops will but they’re going to take a %.

Honestly though you should consider the estate sale route, it’s getting nice out and people LOVE an estate sale and you won’t even have to lug anything around and you can price the items yourself!!

He’d have to evict you and that would take months but I’m also pretty sure you not having heat or hot water is illegal and you can withhold rent money until it’s fixed. I’d contact a lawyer and i believe there’s a renters board here or some type of protection board (?) for this sort of stuff - I’ve seen people post about it in other threads maybe someone knows what I’m talking about and can link it

I have t-mobile and have been with them i think 5 years and honestly i never have any issues with service - inside or outside the city so if they use their towers i think you’d be pretty good!
