Their parking lot is always filled and they manage their drive-thru very well. Can't say the same about everything else on second street.

OP, you need to contact a lawyers office. Give them a call and explain your issue. They will either intake you as a client or refer you to someone who can help.
Since you didn't have insurance coverage you need to get another form of representation or go it alone.
