You should probably stay in North Carolina. Affordable housing, no heating bills, better barbecue, and you can play cowboy year around since it doesnt snow. On top of all this the only Waffle House north of the Mason-Dixon is in Scranton PA, a 5 hours drive. Can't stop there to berate the waitress after church, unless you're really motivated. Bless your heart.
