Don't laugh, but Compare Foods, the Spanish store downtown.

Baked in house. Half the price of a stand-alone bakery.

Just make sure to make a reservation. It gets mobbed on the weekends.

Ah. I don't know that they allow dogs, so get take out and find a nice spot to have a picnic. There's great outdoor spots around them.
