You have to slow your breathing, and get your heart rate to slow down. Picture the place you want to go in your mind. Feel yourself there while imagining the scents and sounds of the environment. Feel the buzzing energy start in your fingers and toes, traveling up your limbs to your head. When you feel the sudden rush of energy, followed by the euphoria and lightheadedness, let your body go slack. Feel yourself slipping into nothingness. And you should be where you wanted. It will take a lot of practice, patience, and effort on your part, but I believe in you.

There is, but you need to have the ability to call a soul. I could do it, but it’s been a long time since I’ve done it. The last time I did, the person lied about themselves and I believed them. Let’s just say that some people should really, really not be whole. Sometimes a soul leaves for a reason, and chooses not to come back.
